One Baptism | Ephesians 4:1-6
What is baptism, really? Scripture speaks of many baptisms — the washings under the Law, Israel's passage through the sea, John's baptism of repentance, the baptism of Jesus Himself. Hebrews even calls these the "doctrine of baptisms" (plural) — but points us toward one baptism that stands apart from them all.
Join us as we trace that progression through Scripture and ask: is water baptism the baptism we're called to focus on? We'll see that the one baptism of Ephesians 4:5 isn't something performed on us by human hands — it's an operation of God by His Spirit.
